Our premium laundry service is designed for busy professionals, students, families, and households who want a clean, organized start to every week. Each order is carefully washed, dried, folded, and neatly organized so your laundry is returned fresh, clean, and ready to put away.
Service Area for Pick-up - Greater Harrisburg, PA:
Harrisburg, Camp Hill, Mechanicsburg, Lemoyne, Enola, New Cumberland, Hummelstown, Hershey, Linglestown, and Paxtang.
If you are located outside these areas, you would have to drop-off your items to my location. OR, you can reach out through the Chat Live option at the bottom-right of the website 48 hours in advance of your BOOKED service, and we can arrange meeting up for your items.
Laundry Exchange Schedule:
Friday – Sunday
8:00 AM – 11:30 AM (Porch Pick-up)
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Drop-off to Me)
ALL laundry must be placed outside before your scheduled pickup time in totes, baskets, or bags clearly labeled with your name. Drop-off clients must also have totes, baskets, or bags clearly labeled and will receive the secure drop-off location after checkout.

Service Information
Laundry Service Overview
Laundry services are available weekly on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and may be booked as either a one-time service or a weekly recurring subscription.
All laundry services include:
• Washing
• Drying
• Folding
• Organized packaging for easy put-away
Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours or less, meaning your items will be returned clean, folded, and organized within 24 hours of pickup or drop-off unless otherwise discussed in advance.
Porch Pick-Up Process
Clients located within our designated service area are eligible for porch pickup and return delivery.
Current service areas include:
Harrisburg, Camp Hill, Mechanicsburg, Lemoyne, Enola, New Cumberland, Hummelstown, Hershey, Linglestown, and Paxtang.
Porch pickups are available Friday through Sunday between 8:00 AM and 11:30 AM.
Please ensure all laundry is placed outside before your scheduled pickup window.
All items must be placed in bins, totes, baskets, or bags clearly labeled with your name to prevent order mix-ups.
Law & Linen will never arrive before your selected pickup window.
Completed laundry will be returned to the same pickup address unless otherwise arranged.
Drop-Off Process
Clients outside our service area may use our drop-off option.
Drop-offs are accepted Friday through Sunday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
If you selected drop-off, you will receive a separate text message containing the designated drop-off location.
Completed laundry will be returned to the same location within 24 hours unless alternative arrangements are approved.
Requests for alternate meet-up locations must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
Client (Your) Responsibility
Please review the following carefully:
• All pockets must be fully emptied before service
• Law & Linen is not responsible for items left in pockets, including cash, jewelry, electronics, documents, cosmetics, pens, or other personal belongings
• We are not responsible for shrinkage, color bleeding, or damage caused by inaccurate or missing care labels
• Unlabeled laundry may be delayed or refused
• All clients are expected to ensure items are safe and appropriate for standard wash and dry cycles
